Helpful Hints:

• Fill sample bottles to at least the fill line; remember it is better to be a little over than under.
• Help us keep costs down by returning any unused or empty mailers to the lab. If you have mailers and just need bottles, let us know and we can send some to you.

Samples can be dropped off at the lab door. There is a secure lock-box for depositing payments/paperwork. Bottles and forms are also available from this 'self-service' station. We hope this service expedites sample and payment drop-offs. Just drop and go- no need to ring the doorbell.

Please see our calendar to note days that the Lab will be closed, so you can plan accordingly.
