Making the Grand Valley more walkable and bikeable will improve the mental and physical health of residents and the health of the economy. Walking/biking adds a neat component to already fantastic recreational opportunities. It also improves real estate values and attracts businesses and a talented workforce to the Grand Valley.
Plus, as panelists will attest, there is money to be made if you tap into the biking and active lifestyle market.
