Local COVID-19 response team

The federal public health emergency declarations for COVID-19 are officially over. Over the last three years Mesa County Public Health scaled operations quickly and strategically adjusted based on the needs of the community.

COVID-19 will continue to be part of our lives. But we’ve learned a lot about how to prevent and control the spread.

We’ll continue to support Mesa County through disease surveillance, outbreak control, and vaccines.

Meet the team who worked through the historic pandemic.
