Novavax Now Available
The Novavax Vaccine is approved for people 12-years-old and older.
This vaccine is for people who have not been previously vaccinated for COVID-19.
It is a two-dose series only (no third dose, and not available for a booster to any other vaccine).

Bivalent Booster Available
The COVID-19 Bivalent Booster is available for anyone over 12 years of age for Pfizer and anyone over the age of 18 for Moderna who have completed their primary vaccination series.
It has been formulated to fight against the Omicron variants which are the majority of current COVID-19 cases in Mesa County.

Bring the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record card with you to the next appointment so your provider can fill in the information about the shot.
